Cesar Falcon is a native of South Texas and prior to entering on duty with the Border Patrol on January 20, 1998, he served as a Police Officer in the Rio Grande Valley.  Cesar has been involved with the Union since 2001 and has served as a Union Representative, and also served as Executive Vice-President of Local 3307 and Second Vice-President.  Cesar currently resides in Weslaco and is assigned to the Rio Grande City Station.
