Pablo Quintanilla is Local 3307's Health & Safety Officer and is certified by CBP as a collateral duty H&S Representative.  Pablo brings much experience to the Executive Board, both as a field agent and as a former member of Sector's Special Response Team (SRT).  Pablo resides in the Rio Grande Valley and is assigned to the Harlingen Border Patrol Station.
