Welcome to Local 3307.  Our Union, known officially as NBPC Local 3307, represents non-supervisory Border Patrol employees who work in the Rio Grande Valley Border Patrol Sector.  We are the exclusive representative of over 1,500 personnel.  Our representatives are trained volunteers who represent employees at all nine Border Patrol Stations, as well as those who work at the Sector Headquarters Office.  Representatives assist members in all aspects of their Federal Employment, including issues regarding discipline, grievances, worker's compensation and access to the PORAC Legal Defense Fund.  Local 3307 also retains the Edinburg, Texas Law Firm of Roberto Garcia.  We are a non-partisan organization; by Federal Law, we do not make any contributions to political parties or candidates.  Local 3307 is under the direction of an Executive Board comprised of seven elected officers and one appointed officer.  All officers serve two-year terms and are full-time Border Patrol Agents.
