1 year ago today, Border Patrol Agent Javier “Harvey” Vega, Jr. was tragically and prematurely taken from this life by some cowards who will soon face the consequences of their actions through the justice system. BPA Vega Jr. was a husband, father, son, uncle and friend who was, and still is, loved and missed by the many who are left to cherish their memories of him. As we remember him today, let it be a reminder that there are too many people out there who wish to do innocent people harm, and that is why we have and need the Harvey’s of the world out there as protectors.
